Local Pick-Up Policy

Are you a Jacksonville native that prefers the option to pick up over shipping?
No problem at all! Simply select the local pick-up option at checkout and your
eco-leather handbags and accessories will be made available!

Once you have placed your order (for in-stock items), you will have 14 days to pick up your purchase.

For items placed on pre-order terms, you will have 14 days from the arrival of the purchase to pick-up your order. Note, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is in fact ready to be collected.

If you do not pick up your item(s) within those 14 days, your order will be considered abandoned.

You will receive a store credit for the abandoned item(s) minus a 25% restocking fee.

Please include your order number to ensure accuracy.

Please note: If you decide to pick up your items after payment for shipping has been rendered, there will be no store credit or refund given for shipping charges.
